Cancel through the store that billed you.
App Store
1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select ListenMe and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow the remaining prompts.
Google Play
1. Open Google Play with the account used for the purchase.
2. Open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select ListenMe and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the prompts.
Check the subscription status and end date shown by your store. If you cannot find ListenMe, check the account on your purchase receipt. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
