How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through the store that billed you.

App Store
1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select ListenMe and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow any remaining prompts. If there is no cancel button or you see an expiration message, the subscription may already be canceled.

Google Play
1. Open Google Play with the account used for the purchase.
2. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select ListenMe and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the prompts.

Review the end date shown by your store. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

If you cannot find the subscription, check your receipt to identify the account and provider that billed you.
